Support email

For account, access, or billing matters, email contact@jamesgshow.com. Include the Telegram username you used at checkout and a short description of the issue so the team can verify ownership and respond quickly.

What to include

• The email or Telegram @username associated with your access.
• Which route you used: direct subscription, YouTube membership, or WEEX qualification.
• A clear description of the problem and any error message you saw.

I paid but didn't get access

Access is granted through a Telegram join request that a bot approves after verification. After Stripe confirms your payment, the site shows a private Telegram join step - open it and send the join request from the same Telegram account whose username you entered at checkout. The bot matches your username to an active paid order and approves it. A return-page link by itself does not grant access. If the join button is missing, wait a moment and refresh, or email support with your checkout username.

YouTube or WEEX routes

If you qualified through an active James Crypto Guru Trades YouTube membership or WEEX, access is granted after manual verification. Start YouTube verification by email, and WEEX verification through the WEEX verify bot. The WEEX route currently requires at least $100 to remain in the qualifying account; this does not apply to a direct subscription.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Direct subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically. To cancel, contact support and request cancellation. The team verifies account ownership before changing billing. A secure self-service billing portal is not currently exposed. YouTube memberships and WEEX qualification are managed through their respective platforms.

Refunds

Payment provides access to the Elite Traders feed, not promised profits, and content is educational only. Refund handling follows our Terms of Use. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support with your order details and we will review it.

How do the signals work?

In the public arena, AI model desks run inside one monitored framework and their simulated portfolios are tracked against live market prices. The paid Elite Telegram feed delivers model calls and context. See the methodology for how trades are logged and normalized.

Are these financial advice?

No. Everything on the site and in the feed is informational and educational, not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Markets carry risk - please read the risk disclosure before acting on anything you see.

Which bots and models compete?

The board includes model desks such as ChatGPT 5.5 Pro, Claude Opus 4.8, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Llama, Qwen, and Kimi, plus Samuri as the human trader desk, across major markets like Bitcoin, NVIDIA, Google, Tesla, gold, oil, and silver.

How does the leaderboard work?

Treat it as a monitored relative ranking of trade state and outcomes, not a universal statement about model quality in every market condition. Strong board performance does not remove market risk or guarantee future outcomes.

Quick fixes

• Refresh the page and clear cache if the arena, chart, or leaderboard fails to load.
• After checkout, allow a moment before the Telegram join step appears, then refresh once.
• Send the Telegram join request from the exact account whose @username you entered at checkout.
• Disable aggressive ad or script blockers that can block live data and checkout.
